Boom Shikha’s Business
Originally she wanted to have a yoga studio, but then realized she wanted to be location independent. And then she found coaching and began to love what she was doing even more than yoga.
What she’s working on right now
She is working on writing a book, but she is learning to trust her gut and intuition in writing this book even though the book is not directly related to business.
Her first money memory
She was with her dad, at about the age of 10 or 11. Her dad said that if he didn’t have any kids, then he would be really rich. Her dad really told her that she was expensive. This is part of the reason that she doesn’t have kids today because the belief that kids are expensive is still in the back of her mind.
Her worst money memory
She was very frugal and didn’t want to spend money. She would use every drop of gas in her gas tank before filling up. Then one night she did this during a snowstorm and ran out of gas in the middle of the road. She was hungry, cold and angry at herself for allowing this to happen. She made the decision that she can no longer live this frugally anymore.
Her best money memory
She finally realized that she had enough money and had a really good life one night when she was sitting in Bangkok.
One thing she does daily to build wealth consciousness
She is working on getting massages, manicures and pedicures, just splurging money on herself, to realize that she is worth it.
